What remains uncertain?

A careful early assessment should distinguish known facts from issues requiring records, witnesses, expert analysis, or coverage research.

Confidence should come from a sound process, not an unverified prediction.

How are fees, costs, and decisions handled?

Read the engagement agreement carefully. Ask about the contingency percentage, case expenses, termination terms, and how any recovery would be distributed.

Also ask which choices remain yours. Settlement and other major decisions should be made with information and without improper pressure.
